When your child finds it hard to focus or follow some instructions

When school says your child’s attention or behaviour gets in the way

Getting help for a child who struggles to focus can be slow, confusing and emotionally draining.

My Mindful Mind is a game your child plays in a web browser. While they play, it records how they respond to short activities built into the game, and turns that into a plain-language summary you can share with their school — and, if you choose, with a clinician.

Executive function is the set of everyday thinking skills children use to hold information in mind while they work with it (working memory), to stop and think before acting (inhibitory control), and to switch between tasks or rules (cognitive flexibility).

It doesn’t diagnose anything, and it isn’t a treatment.

It isn’t available yet. If you register your interest, we’ll tell you when families can take part. Registering doesn’t sign your child up to anything — you would get full information and a consent form first.

Because every mind deserves support, not just a label.
